World Cross Country Championships, World Mountain Running Championships, Commonwealth Mountain Running Championships (team medalist x2), Ekiden relays in Japan and  South Korea, Australian Track and Field Championships (junior medalist 3000m), Australian Cross Country Championships (junior medalist x2) Oceania Track and Field Championships (junior medalist - 1500m silver, 3000m gold)

Top 20 finishes in major international marathons, including Chicago, Rotterdam, Nagano and Melbourne (3rd)

Marathon personal best 2:39:17 (IAAF Olympic "B" standard, Rotterdam, 2012)

Winner of the Round the Bridges 10k road race

Winner Taniwha Ultramarathon

3rd Thyon-Dixence Mountain Race, Switzerland
